THE VISION FOR MAY 2026.
What is the current focus of Mitsooz?
We are currently in a period of deep curation ahead of our May 21, 2026 unveiling. Our focus is on hand-selecting a founding group of artists and studios whose work brings depth and presence to the modern home. During this phase, we are building the editorial foundations for the stories we will tell.
How many artists will be part of the founding collection?
We are not building for volume. We are building for substance. The founding collection will be a highly selective group of artists across wall art, sculpture, and photography, ensuring that every narrative has the space to be heard.
THE CURATORIAL REVIEW.
How does the submission process work?
We invite artists and studios to share their work through our formal Artist Submissions page. Every portfolio is reviewed by our curatorial team with an emphasis on technical mastery and the intentionality behind the work.
How are artists selected for the founding collection?
Selectivity is the foundation of our vision. To maintain a cohesive narrative across our three categories, we are only able to invite a limited number of artists into our founding roster. Our selection is based on curatorial alignment—seeking work that demonstrates both technical excellence and a profound 'why' behind the craft.
What do you look for in a submission?
We seek original works that move beyond fleeting trends. We look for artists who can articulate the vision behind their medium. A consistent body of work, a clear artistic voice, and a commitment to professional practice are essential.
When will I hear back regarding my submission?
Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to the intentional nature of our curation, we take the time to consider every submission carefully.
If your vision aligns with our upcoming collections, we will reach out to begin a direct studio dialogue.
PARTNERSHIP & FULFILLMENT.
Is Mitsooz an exclusive platform?
No. We operate as a non-exclusive partner. We believe in supporting the artist's career as a whole and encourage our roster to maintain their existing gallery relationships and studio practices.
How does fulfillment work?
To ensure the integrity of the work and reduce the carbon footprint of transport, we utilize a 'Studio-Direct' fulfillment model. Every work is inspected, signed, and shipped directly from your studio to the collector. Mitsooz provides the logistical guidance to ensure our high packaging standards are met.
What are the commission terms?
We believe in a transparent and respectful partnership. Our commission structure is designed to support the artist’s livelihood while funding the high-end editorial and marketing efforts required to reach our global collector base. Specific terms are discussed during the final curatorial review.
THE DIALOGUE BEGINS HERE.
Every work is a testament to vision, process, and presence. If your creative practice aligns with our curatorial standards, we invite you to take the next step toward our founding collection.
