STUDIO-DIRECT FULFILLMENT.

An intentional journey from the artist’s studio to your permanent collection.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF TRANSIT.

At Mitsooz, we believe the journey of a work of art is as important as its creation. To ensure the highest level of care and to maintain the work’s provenance, we utilize a studio-direct fulfillment model. Every acquisition is inspected, signed, and professionally packed by the artist or studio before being shipped directly to your home.

This model ensures that the piece has remained in the hands of its creator until the moment it is prepared for you. It reflects our commitment to the physical integrity of the work and a more sustainable, intentional way of collecting.

STUDIO PREPARATION AND PROCESSING.

Because our collection consists of original works, handcrafted objects, and authorized editions, preparation times are defined by the maker’s studio practice.

For available works and authorized photography editions, please allow 1 to 5 business days for the studio to prepare your acquisition for transit. For custom commissions or works that require specialized crating, the specific lead time provided by the artist will apply. This ensures that the technical standards of the work are preserved during the archival packing process.

CURATED TRANSIT AND DELIVERY.

We coordinate with professional couriers and specialty art handlers to ensure secure delivery across North America and the Caribbean.

Standard Transit: Once the work leaves the studio, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States and Canada. International transit times within the Caribbean may vary based on the studio's location.
Acquisition Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a personalized confirmation and tracking details to follow the work’s journey from the studio to your door.
Signature Requirement: To ensure the security of your acquisition, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

ACQUISITION INQUIRIES.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and fragility of the work, as well as the destination. You can view the final logistics cost at checkout before finalizing your acquisition.
Oversized Works: Certain large-scale sculptures or paintings may require custom crating and white-glove delivery services. In these instances, our curatorial team will reach out to you directly to coordinate the logistics.
Address Changes: If you need to adjust the destination for an acquisition, please contact us immediately at inquiries@mitsooz.com. Changes cannot be made once the work has been processed for shipment.

PRESERVING INTEGRITY.

In the rare event that a work is delayed or arrives with compromised packaging, please contact our team at inquiries@mitsooz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work directly with the artist and the courier to resolve the matter and ensure the integrity of your collection is maintained.

BEYOND OUR CORE REGIONS.

While we primarily facilitate acquisitions within North America and the Caribbean, we are able to coordinate global transit for most works. For international inquiries outside of these regions, please reach out to our team for a personalized logistics quote.
