ACQUISITIONS AND RETURNS.
A commitment to the integrity of the work and the longevity of the collection.
THE PHILOSOPHY OF RESONANCE.
At Mitsooz, we believe that an acquisition should be the beginning of a lasting presence in your home. Every work of wall art, sculpture, and photography is selected for its substance and intention. We encourage our collectors to choose with purpose, ensuring that the piece resonates with their personal story before it leaves the artist’s studio.
ACQUISITION PROTOCOL.
We understand that resonance is a personal experience. To ensure a consistent and professional environment for our collectors and artists, we maintain a standard 14 day return window from the date of delivery for all original works and authorized editions.
To begin a return, please contact our team at inquiries@mitsooz.com. We will facilitate the dialogue between you and the artist's studio to ensure a seamless process. Please note that collectors are responsible for the cost of return transit across the board. This includes the requirement for professional packing and insurance to ensure the work is protected until it reaches the maker's hands.
STEWARDSHIP OF THE ECOSYSTEM.
To maintain a platform defined by substance, we monitor the health of every acquisition. Repeated returns outside of documented damage issues disrupt the artist's studio practice and the integrity of our curation. We reserve the right to limit access to our collection for accounts that display a pattern of excessive returns.
Similarly, we maintain rigorous standards for our artists and studios. If the physical integrity of a work or the fulfillment process does not meet our curatorial standards, we will take immediate action to preserve the quality of our gallery roster.
INTEGRITY AND INSPECTION.
To be eligible for a return, the work must be in its original, pristine condition and in its original archival packaging. Once the work is received and inspected by the artist or studio to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Any sign of wear, handling, or damage after the initial delivery will void the return.
DAMAGES AND TRANSIT.
We take every precaution to ensure the secure transit of your acquisition. In the rare event that a work arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging and the piece immediately.
Reach out to our team at inquiries@mitsooz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work directly with the artist and the courier to resolve the matter and ensure the integrity of your collection is maintained.
FINALITY OF BESPOKE WORKS.
Due to their bespoke nature, commissioned works and final-sale acquisitions are not eligible for return. These pieces are created with a specific vision in mind and represent a permanent addition to your collection.
