Verified Artist Authenticity.

We bridge the gap between the studio and the home. Every work in our curation is vetted directly by our curators in collaboration with the artist. Upon acquisition, you will receive a physical Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the maker, documenting the provenance and technical specifications of the work.

The 7-Day Reflection Period.

Art requires a moment of resonance. For non-commissioned wall art and photography, we offer a 7-day reflection period to ensure the work sits perfectly within your space.

IMPORTANT: EXCLUSIONS TO THE REFLECTION PERIOD.

To protect the studio integrity of our makers, the following are considered Final Acquisitions and are not eligible for return:
  • Commissioned Works: Any work developed specifically for a collector.
  • Dimensional Works: Sculptures and fragile objects due to the specialized nature of their transit.
  • Hand-Made Custom Orders: Works with bespoke studio modifications.
*In the rare event of transit damage, Mitsooz handles all insurance claims and replacements immediately.

Acquisition Logistics.

How is the work shipped?

Every piece is professionally packed and shipped directly from the artist's studio. We utilize specialized fine art couriers for larger works to ensure safe transit.

Is my acquisition insured?

Yes. All works are fully insured from the moment they leave the studio until they reach your door. Mitsooz handles all transit protection on your behalf.

Are taxes included?

Taxes are calculated at the final stage of acquisition based on your location. International collectors are responsible for local import duties and custom fees.

Does the work arrive framed?

This varies by artist and work. Specific framing details are listed in the 'Technical Specifications' of each piece. If you require custom framing, please use the 'Inquire' button.
