We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mitsooz purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy:
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- No returns on clearance items
2. How to Initiate a Return:

- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
- No return on clearance items
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers have the option to cancel their orders within 5 hours of the purchase time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@mitsooz.com with your order number.
