What is Mitsooz?

Mitsooz isn’t a mass retailer. We’re a home for curated craftsmanship — a platform where artisans, designers, and creators bring their vision to life and share it with Collectors who value story, soul, and design that lasts. We don't compete with big-box. We uplift the individual.

Who are the Makers?

Makers are the heart of Mitsooz. Each shop on our marketplace is independently owned and run by artists and creators who are directly involved in the ideation and creation of their products. Whether sculpted by hand or made in thoughtful partnership with a small team, what they offer is authentic, intentional, and rooted in craft.

Who are the Collectors?

That would be you. At Mitsooz, we don’t believe in mindless trends. We believe in meaningful ownership. As a Collector, you’re choosing items that reflect your story — conversation pieces made to be passed down, not passed over. You support real people with real visions, not algorithms.

How does shopping work here?

Each Maker has their own shop page. That means:

• Shipping times and costs may vary — check the shop’s page for their specific policy
  
• Returns are also set by each Maker — these can be found under their individual return terms
  
• Damaged items should be documented immediately, and if it’s a shipping issue, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier
  

If something isn’t resolved after reaching out to the shop, our support team is happy to step in.

How do I know I can trust a Maker?

We carefully vet every Maker before they’re invited onto the platform. We look for:

• A clear artistic vision
  
• Hands-on involvement in the creation process
  
• A commitment to quality and communication
  

We champion our Makers, but we also hold them to the same standard of care we expect from ourselves. If patterns of poor communication or delivery emerge, they will be removed. We take our curation seriously — for you and for them.

What makes this different from buying on other platforms?

• We don't accept Makers who mass-sell on major marketplaces.
